All therapists are fully qualified. All treatments are private and confidential The clinic is registered with Suffolk Coastal District Council and the British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology.
In general it’s best to phone or visit the salon to make an appointment or have a confidential conversation about your beauty needs. We understand that contacting a beauty clinic for the first time can feel a little intimidating. With Angels there’s no need to worry, you’ll find a friendly welcome at the end of the phone or when you visit us in person. Your therapist is part of a unique well trained professional team whose focus is your experience and welfare.
When you contact us we’ll ask you about any medical conditions that you have including pregnancy (for the ladies). The information you provide is confidential and will not be shared. We’ll also re-confirm this information on each visit in case anything has changed.
Depending on the treatment you’re booking, we may ask you to undertake a free patch test at least 48 hours before the treatment. This is usually only required if you’re having a new treatment or haven’t had one in six months. We’ll apply a small amount of product to check that you don’t have an allergic reaction. It’s very rare for people to have reactions but your care is our top priority so don’t be offended if we insist on this even if you’ve had similar treatments elsewhere.
If you’re unable to make your appointment please give us as much notice as possible. Regrettably a 50% charge of the treatment total will be applied if we are not notified 24 hours in advance.
Whilst you’re with us please pop your phone on silent to ensure that you and other clients make the most of your escape to Angels.
We accept most credit cards or debit cards including payment over the phone if you wish to discreetly purchase vouchers or treatments for a friend or loved one. We’ll post the vouchers to the recipient of your choice or have them available in Salon for their visit.
